What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ varies by product category. Chains and earrings start at 50 pieces, bracelets and necklace sets at 25 pieces, pendants at 50 pieces, and rings at 100 pieces. Please check individual category pages for current MOQ requirements. We are flexible for first-time orders and can discuss lower initial quantities for sampling purposes.
What gold purity do you offer?+
We primarily manufacture in 22KT (916 hallmark) gold, which is our specialty. We also offer 18KT and 21KT options for specific markets. All our products carry proper hallmark certification.
Do you offer customization and OEM/ODM services?+
Yes. We offer full custom design services including CAD modelling, new mould creation, custom finishes, personalized packaging, and private labelling. Our in-house design team can work from your sketches, photos, or specifications.
What are your payment terms?+
For new buyers, we typically require 50% advance payment with the balance due before shipping (T/T). For established relationships, we offer flexible terms including LC (Letter of Credit) and DA (Documents Against Acceptance). All terms are discussed and agreed upon directly.
How long does production take?+
Standard catalogue items are typically ready within 2–3 weeks for quantities up to 500 pieces. Custom orders require 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with prior arrangement.
Which countries do you export to?+
We export to over 15 countries across the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), South Asia (India, Maldives), Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia), Europe, and North America. We handle all export documentation and comply with international trade regulations.
How do you ensure quality?+
Every piece undergoes multi-stage quality control: raw material assay, in-process checks during manufacturing, final purity testing with XRF analyser, weight verification, and visual inspection. We are BIS and SLS certified.
What certifications do you hold?+
We hold SLS (Sri Lanka Standards) certification, BIS hallmark compliance for the Indian market, and we provide assay certificates with every shipment. Our refinery is certified for in-house gold refining and recycling.
How is shipping handled?+
We ship via insured air freight through trusted logistics partners specializing in precious cargo. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination. We handle all customs documentation, export permits, and insurance on our end. Import duties at your destination are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We offer sample orders at a small premium to cover production and shipping costs. Sample costs are typically credited against your first bulk order. Contact us to discuss sample requirements for your specific product interest.

Do you provide product photography for resellers?+
Yes. For bulk orders, we provide high-resolution product photography and lifestyle images that you can use for your own catalogue or e-commerce listings. We can also create custom photography with your branding upon request.
